Here are a couple suggestions if you need to send large files to a client online and email just isn't cutting it:
The first is called yousendit
It basically sends an email with a link to your file to the recipient. It is fast and easy to use, and the free version works for most circumstances.
The second is called getdropbox
Having an account here basically allows you a certain amount of space on the internet that you can upload files to, etc. Also, getdropbox also allows you to send links to recipients for specific files.
I believe there is also a free account version with this service as well.
